Overview
ERP Readiness Administrator - Galway at EZ Living Furniture. EZ Living Furniture was founded in Galway in 1998. We are a family run Irish retailer operating nationwide, with a full online shopping experience offering delivery throughout Ireland. We are the largest independent Furniture Retailer in Ireland employing over 350 people. This is a 6-12 month fixed-term contract based in Galway city.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the smooth transition of stock holdings to a new ERP system.
* Conduct stock takes in warehouse and store environments.
* Assist in the creation of company-wide processes.
* Assist with accurate and timely recording and reporting of stock holdings to the senior leadership team.
* Liaise regularly with the ERP Readiness Project Manager to achieve project targets.
Skills & Qualifications
* Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or administration is essential.
* Administrative experience.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams, suppliers, and logistics providers.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* High attention to detail with strong administrative skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain operations is desirable.
