You will have overall responsibility for driving the health, safety, and environmental (HSE) agenda on multiple live sites, working closely with project teams to ensure the highest safety standards are maintained. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of health & safety policies and procedures across multiple sites. Support project managers and site teams in creating and maintaining safe systems of work. Carry out site audits, inspections, and incident investigations, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership to project teams to embed a strong safety culture. Engage with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure collaborative safety management. Keep up to date with health, safety, and environmental legislation and ensure compliance. Prepare and deliver safety reports, risk assessments, and method statements. Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in a senior H&S role, ideally within civil engineering, utilities, or water projects. NEBOSH / IOSH qualification (or equivalent). Excellent working knowledge of Irish health, safety, and environmental legislation. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
