Accountabilities
Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for critical technical and leadership roles across hardware, software, optical, and research domains
Partner closely with the CEO, CTOs, and engineering leaders to define hiring needs and calibrate talent requirements
Personally source, engage, and close senior‑level candidates (staff, principal, and technical leadership roles)
Build and maintain a proactive sourcing engine across Europe, the US, and Israel to attract top‑tier talent
Design, refine, and continuously improve interview processes and hiring standards
Develop and strengthen employer branding within the deep‑tech and AI ecosystem
Track hiring metrics, pipeline health, and recruitment velocity, providing clear insights to leadership
Mentor future recruiters and contribute to scaling the broader People function over time
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition with a strong headhunting background in deep tech, AI, semiconductors, or hardware
Proven track record of independently closing senior technical roles in competitive markets
Experience in fast‑growing startups or scale‑ups (Series A–C environments preferred)
Strong sourcing expertise with the ability to engage hard‑to‑reach technical talent
Experience building or designing recruitment processes from scratch
Comfort working across international teams and time zones (France, US, Israel, etc.)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level interaction
Fluent in English and French
