Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Staff Compliance & Training Administrator to support our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring that all staff records are up-to-date, fully compliant, and aligned with regulatory and company standards. You will assist with staff onboarding, manage training records, and help coordinate induction and ongoing staff training. You will also provide administrative recruitment support. This role will be well suited to a HR/Business Administration/Compliance Graduate.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance & Record-Keeping

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, including training certificates, qualifications, licenses, and right-to-work documentation.
* Conduct regular audits of staff compliance records to ensure full regulatory and internal policy compliance.
* Track and follow up on expired or missing documentation and training requirements.

Training Coordination

* Schedule and coordinate mandatory and ongoing staff training sessions.
* Maintain a training calendar and support logistics (e.g., venues, invites, materials).
* Liaise with training providers as needed and record attendance/completion.

Onboarding & Induction Support

* Assist in the onboarding of new hires by ensuring all compliance documentation is submitted and verified.
* Prepare induction packs and coordinate induction sessions in collaboration with the onboarding lead.
* Provide administrative support to new staff during their initial weeks, ensuring a smooth transition.

Administrative Support

* Update databases, trackers, and HR systems with relevant compliance and training information.
* Produce reports for internal and external audits as requested.
* Support the Training & Compliance Lead with ad-hoc tasks as required.

* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Proactive and confident in following up on outstanding items
* Clear and professional communication skills
* Comfortable working with confidential information
* Ability to prioritise multiple tasks under supervision

Essential Requirements:

* Previous administrative experience (HR or compliance experience a plus but not required)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong written and verbal English
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

* Experience in a regulated sector (e.g., healthcare, education, social care)
* Familiarity with staff onboarding or HR information systems
