Senior Operations Specialist
As a key member of the investment operations team, the Senior Operations Specialist will play a vital role in managing private corporate loans, capital calls, and cash across multiple debt funds. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating loans to relevant classes in accordance with our allocation policy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Allocate loans to relevant classes in accordance with the Allocation Policy
* Treasury (Cash management including capital call/distribution management)
* Calculate trade-related FX hedges and Swaps
* Assist with managing credit and leverage facilities, including arranging borrowing and repayments
* Work closely with external loan managers, Administrators, and Custodians
* Assist in ad-hoc report production for various portfolios and ensuring quality thereof, internal as well as external coordination regarding the content of individual reports
* Monitor data quality and ensure bookings are recorded in a timely manner
* Perform other duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate
* Assist the team with day-to-day operations of the private debt platform
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
We seek candidates with 2-5 years' work experience and a Bachelor's degree from a top-tier college or university. Relevant Degree/Masters, commitment, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential. Middle office experience in an asset manager is preferred, along with prior exposure to cash management, credit lines, and FX instructions.
