Your Impact Will Be Felt Globally
1. Leadership and Strategy: Direct team members and manufacturing activities, develop systems, plan, staff, manage expenses, recommend and implement process improvements across departments. Foster a culture of excellence, engage staff morale, and ensure safety.
2. Talent Development and Succession Planning: Develop talent plans aligned with organizational growth strategies.
3. Operational Excellence: Collaborate with network leadership to develop operational strategies and partner with cross-functional groups to execute business objectives.
4. Process and Project Leadership: Lead strategic manufacturing projects, prioritize initiatives, identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues collaboratively.
5. Business Process Optimization: Identify and lead efforts to optimize processes, define core competencies, and implement solutions based on business needs.
6. Standardization and Performance Improvement: Work with plant leadership to drive standardized manufacturing operations and meet operational and strategic goals such as quality, safety, and cost targets.
7. Culture of Continuous Improvement: Oversee technical training teams and promote a culture of continuous improvement using lean and Six Sigma principles.
8. Additional Responsibilities: Perform additional incidental duties as required.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
* Proven operations management experience
* Experience in a regulated industry (preferred)

* Successful project management leadership
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and manufacturing systems
* Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
* Expertise in manufacturing procedures and problem-solving
* Financial acumen related to manufacturing
* Leadership in team management, coaching, and employee relations
* Ability to develop metrics demonstrating manufacturing value
* Strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders
* Attention to detail and professionalism
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
* Experience interacting with senior management and external partners
* Commitment to quality, safety, and environmental standards
