We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR professional to join our team as an HR Administrator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring that all employee records are up-to-date and accurate.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.


Requirements:

* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
* Familiarity with HRIS systems and software.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
