Email Marketing & CRM Executive (Part-Time)
We are working with a fast-growing e-commerce company who is looking for a performance-driven marketer with a passion for email, automation and customer retention. The Email Marketing & CRM Executive will take ownership of the lifecycle marketing across email, WhatsApp, pop-ups, funnels and reviews.
This is a flexible, high-impact role for someone who thrives on autonomy, data and meaningful execution. You'll work 20 hours per week with the freedom to structure your time, and approximately 40% of your work will be on-site in Ardee.
Location: Ardee, Co. Louth
Salary: €30,000-33,000 pro rata
Hours: 20 hours (part-time)
Responsibilities:
Email Campaigns & Lifecycle Automation:
Plan, write, and schedule up to 5 engaging weekly emails using Mailchimp/Klaviyo and AI tools
Coordinate visual assets (images, GIFs, influencer content) with in-house designers
QA, link and launch campaigns with accuracy
Maintain weekly KPI reports to monitor open rates, click-through rates and revenue attribution
Update seasonal and transactional flows quarterly
CRM, Segmentation & Funnel Support:
Maintain and refine segmented customer lists for campaigns and automations
Monitor and optimise funnel performance for sales events like Black Friday, Christmas, etc.
Contribute content to monthly/quarterly funnel campaigns in collaboration with the team
On-Site Messaging & Conversion Tools:
Manage and update banners and pop-ups in sync with promotional activity
Ensure alignment with campaign messaging and audience segments
Cross-Channel Advertising Support:
Coordinate with the marketing team on Google Ads and Bing Ads campaign integration
Link email campaigns with ad traffic and ensure consistent messaging
Customer Communications & Engagement:
Schedule and manage marketing messages
Set up and monitor chatbot automations to support customers on-site
Respond weekly to customer reviews in a brand-aligned tone

What We're Looking For:
Experience in email marketing, CRM or lifecycle marketing
Proficiency with segmentation, automation and performance tracking
Strong attention to detail and copy accuracy
Familiarity with e-commerce customer engagement best practices
Data-literate and confident working towards KPIs
Independent, structured and takes ownership of results
Experience with WhatsApp marketing, pop-ups, or review management is a plus
