About the Role As EPC Project Manager, you will own the delivery of renewable energy projects across engineering, procurement, and construction. You will drive time, cost, and quality performance, ensuring alignment across all project phases, from design and sourcing through to construction and commissioning. Working closely with engineers, procurement specialists, and site management, you will act as the central point of coordination across all interfaces. You will collaborate with the Project Director for strategic oversight, while maintaining full responsibility for day-to-day execution and project performance. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of EPC projects across PV, BESS, and wind Own project performance across time, cost, and scope Drive coordination across engineering, procurement, and construction interfaces Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key suppliers Lead commercial and contractual management, including variations, claims, and risk mitigation (in collaboration with Contract Managers) Ensure structured and efficient on-site execution together with Site Managers Oversee subcontractor performance, progress, and contractual compliance Manage interfaces with authorities and ensure regulatory compliance where required Drive structured project planning, progress tracking, and reporting Anticipate and mitigate risks early, maintaining control over delivery Ensure clear communication to clients, stakeholders, and internal management Contribute to continuous improvement of project execution processes About You 4+ years of experience managing complex projects within renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure Solid experience with EPC project delivery (PV, BESS, or wind is preferred) Strong commercial and contractual understanding; experience with FIDIC is an advantage Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multi-disciplinary project interfaces High level of ownership and ability to drive projects independently Structured and proactive approach to planning, risk management, and problem-solving Strong stakeholder management skills across technical, commercial, and operational teams Background in engineering, construction, or a related field Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus) Willingness to travel across Europe (typically 24 days per month) You thrive in environments with high responsibility, limited bureaucracy, and a strong expectation of ownership.
