We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound phone calls in an efficient and timely manner.
You will receive inbound calls from customers through a virtual call centre, answering various questions and ensuring that all customer records are kept up to date in accordance with relevant regulations.
A key aspect of this role is driving sales to achieve targets by identifying, converting, or referring new sales opportunities to meet customer requirements for both Regulated and Non-Regulated products.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
* Minimum 9 months experience in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication (spoken & written English) and interpersonal skills.
* Eagerness to learn and grow with the company.
* Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland and ability to pass background checks.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task, think on their feet, and deliver results under pressure.
