As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the administration of all Human Resources policies and procedures.
This role involves supporting employee performance, reward and recognition, diversity in the workplace and all compliance issues. You will build relationships with managers, assist with report preparation, and analyze statistical data for metrics and regulatory purposes.
You will also coordinate the development of training programs, maintain and update employee files, and ensure communication notices are issued per policy.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in Employee Relations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
