Job Description
To supervise and monitor civil, structural, architectural, and M&E works including monitoring of installation works in accordance with the approved drawings and statutory requirements and specifications
To conduct in-progress inspections and to identify any non-conformity and report to the Qualified Person
To attend site, coordination, quality meetings
Witness all the inspection and testing sessions performed to ensure compliance with designs and specifications
Job Requirement
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building works. Preferably with experience in industrial building/ development with prestressed (PT) elements
Registered and valid RE/ RTO accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
Registered under Singapore Structural Steel Society (SSSS) as a registered steelwork supervisor
Preferred applicants with Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisors Course (BCSS)
Conversant in statutory code and requirements
Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
