Role: Chef de Partie
As a Chef de Partie at Adare Manor, your responsibilities will include:
1. Organizing the section regarding mise-en-place, production, and service.
2. Delegating tasks to Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs, ensuring they are carried out correctly.
3. Preparing daily wine, dry store, food requisitions, and kitchen transfers for approval by the Executive Chef / Sous Chef to maintain high stock rotation.
4. Maintaining good relations and motivating colleagues.
5. Conducting and understanding one-to-one training sessions.
6. Checking daily food preparation for portion size, quantity, and quality according to the recipe index.
7. Completing daily checklists for mise-en-place and food storage.
8. Leading a small team effectively.
9. Controlling wastage efficiently.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will hold a recognized qualification in culinary arts and/or have at least 2 years' experience in 5-star hotels or quality-focused restaurants in a similar role.
