Clinical Nurse Manager for
our Nursing Home in Co Tipperary
Responsibilities
Assist the nursing staff in providing exceptional care by exercising clinical supervision and leadership.
Encourage high standards and make sure that every facet of resident care is person-centered.
Promote independence and well-being by assisting inhabitants in leading satisfying lives.
Encourage adherence to regulations, support compliance and best practices, and help with audits and inspections.
Develop and Coach Employees Encourage your team members to advance professionally.
Requirements
A registered nurse with an active PIN and a Bord Altranais.
Six years or more of post-registration nursing experience is required.
A minimum of one year of managerial experience is preferred.
Enthusiastic about dementia care and gerontology.
Strong leadership abilities and clinical competency.
The experience of a nursing home is desirable.
