Store Manager – Forecourt Retail – Nenagh Tipperary Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting an experienced Store Manager on behalf of a well-established retail group.
Salary: €40k plus bonus This is a senior management position suited to a commercially minded retailer who thrives on driving sales, leading teams and maintaining exceptional store standards.
The successful candidate will take full operational responsibility for the store while building a strong team culture and delivering a first-class customer experience.
Previous Store Manager or senior retail management experience within convenience, grocery or forecourt retail A proven track record of delivering strong sales growth and achieving KPIs A natural people leader with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teams Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to improve store performance A driven and ambitious individual who wants to progress their career within retail management Key Responsibilities: Drive store sales, profitability and operational standards Lead, mentor and develop your management team and staff through training, coaching and performance reviews Manage and execute in-store and national promotions Monitor store performance through reports and data analysis to maximise operational efficiency Ensure exceptional customer service and store presentation standards Maintain strong stock control, compliance and operational procedures Foster a positive team culture focused on performance and development This role offers an excellent opportunity for a strong retailer to step into a high-impact leadership position with a business that is continuing to expand nationwide and invest in its people.
