Role Overview We are seeking experienced and dynamic Centre Managers with responsibility for overseeing the management duties, including the day-to-day running of the creche centre, and leading and inspiring the staff team with best practice standards.

A minimum of FETAC / QQI Level 6 in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent A minimum of five years in the childcare field, with at least two years in a management role A strong passion for the needs and development of children Full clean EU driver's license and access to a vehicle Candidates must demonstrate:
Ability to liaise with parents, guardians, and families, building parental partnerships Ability to line manage and supervise a team, supporting their professional development Effective communication skills Ability to manage and project occupancy levels Capacity to meet targets, deadlines, and manage finances within a budget Understanding of guidelines set by TUSLA Applicants must be willing to provide written references, undergo Garda Vetting, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the EU.
Police clearance will be required if the applicant has lived outside Ireland for more than 6 consecutive months since age 18.
