Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to manage contracts on a large-scale Pharmaceutical project based in the Munster region.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist in tender preparation
* Handle queries during the tender period
* Evaluate commercial tenders
* Negotiate with tenderers
Post-Contract Duties:
* Value progress on-site for interim certificates
* Audit amounts due to contractors for price variations
* Value proposed instructions
* Draft responses to contractors' correspondence
* Determine claim amounts
* Expedite contractors' insurances, bonds, and collateral warranties
Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Quantity Surveying Degree or similar qualification
* Extensive multi-sector experience
* Life-science, mission critical, and industrial experience (welcome)
* Ability to work on complex issues and report clearly and concisely
* Minimum 10 years' experience in pre and post-contract duties
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to produce accurate work within project deadlines
* Excellent reporting and communication skills
