About the Role
As a B2B Marketing Specialist, you'll be at the heart of demand generation—crafting and executing campaigns that deliver measurable impact. You'll collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Business Operations to ensure dealer partners engage with the right audience at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
* Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business goals across email, paid media, direct mail, and social platforms.
* Performance Optimisation: Use marketing automation tools and analytics to refine campaigns, boost engagement, and reduce churn.
* Data-Driven Insights: Conduct A/B testing, monitor KPIs, and share actionable insights with stakeholders to continuously improve performance.
* Audience Targeting: Develop segmentation strategies to personalise messaging and maximise relevance.
* Event Marketing: Support planning and execution of dealer-facing events in collaboration with the events team.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Ops to ensure campaigns align with broader business objectives.
* Budget Oversight: Manage budgets for demand generation and retention initiatives, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
* Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
What You'll Bring
* Experience: 2+ years in B2B marketing, ideally within a tech-driven or automotive environment.
* Marketing Expertise: Solid understanding of marketing principles, campaign strategy, and execution.
* Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with tools like Looker, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Marketo (preferred).
* Creative Drive: Ability to generate compelling campaign ideas and write persuasive marketing copy.
* Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for turning data into stories.
* Organised & Detail-Oriented: Skilled in managing multiple projects and deadlines with precision.
