We are currently recruiting for a Barista/Retail Assistant to join our team at the Retail Shop at Merlin Park Hospital.
The successful candidate will have great customer service skills and play a vital role in supporting the front-line operations.
* Excellent Customer care, retail experience would be ideal but not necessary
* Barista experience needed
* Full time Position - Monday to Friday, no Evenings
* €13.63 Per Hour
* Uniform/shoes provided and staff meals provided during shifts.

Responsibilities
* Ensure all food hygiene regulations are adhered to, and in particular, adhere to our HACCP systems
* Be responsible for the food preparation (not Cooking) and service in line with HACCP/Food Hygiene procedures
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, deep clean duties
* Have the ability to work on your own initiative
* Provide excellent customer service
* Ensure Stock rotation on a first in first out basis
* Ensure the shop floor is maintained in a clean and tidy fashion at all times
* Till duties
* Complete other reasonable duties assigned by your line manager from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Requirements
* Have high personal standards, with attention to detail
* Team player with great customer service skills is a must.
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Working knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP is desirable.
* Keen interest in developing food preparation skills and culinary knowledge
* Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative
* Barista experience.
