We are looking for a ‘Can Do’ motivated individual who is keen to join our progressive and growing company.We offer a highly competitive rewards package including…Competitive salary packageCompany vehicleLaptopPhoneRequirements for the role include:Proven experience in the Fire Alarm Industry (desirable)Experience in working with Electronic/Electrical SystemsComfortable in climbing ladders and carrying equipmentProficient in MS Office and/or other software programsFamiliarity with mobile tools and appsFull Clean Driving LicenceServicing and Commissioning Fire Alarm protection equipment:Servicing and Commissioning equipment according to manufacturer's specifications.Testing system and analyzing any failures.Consulting with engineering personnel to resolve unusual problems in system operation and maintenance.Advising management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product and service improvements.Providing excellent customer service and customer support during field visits or when On CallBuilding positive relationships with customers and representing Allied Fire in a professional and trusted mannerManaging all on-site service, maintenance, and test tasks as required to relevant standardsDiagnosing errors or technical problems and determining solutionsCarrying out preventative maintenance and making recommendations based on age of systems and equipmentProducing timely and detailed service reportsCooperating with technical and field teams and sharing information across the companyUnderstanding and anticipating customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations/briefingsProviding feedback to management regarding customer requests, satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product improvements.Following all company’s Standard Operating Procedures and safe working practicesAdvising and reporting on change requests for documented processesWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
