Program Manager Job Description: Our client in the financial services sector is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a 12 month contract and they need someone to start a Operational Risk Compliance Regulatory Project. Experience Required Minimum 10 years in Project Management Proven track record delivering regulatory change programmes, ideally in financial services or insurance. Strong understanding of similar regulatory frameworks (e.g., Operational Resilience, DORA). Strong understanding of supplier risk management and third-party contract management Deep experience translating regulatory obligations into technology and data change. Experience in in Business Continuity Management/ITDR. Background in technology delivery, data governance (must be able to challenge and shape technical design). Demonstrated experience managing senior stakeholders up to C-suite level. Ability to manage complex cross-functional programmes with multiple dependencies. Excellent communication and influencing skills; can navigate ambiguity and competing priorities. Experience building and running programme governance and control structures.
