Key Responsibilities:
* Leads shifts and manages a diverse team to achieve sales targets and deliver high standards.
* Provides exceptional customer service and promotes a positive shopping experience.
* Maintains store appearance and merchandise displays to drive sales and engagement.
* Cleans and maintains the store environment to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
* Generates sales leads for our fuel card team to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and passion for customer service.
