Care Network Ireland are seeking an experienced Office Administrator for an immediate start in a Healthcare facility in Youghal, Co.Cork. This is a fulltime position, Monday - Friday from 09:00-17:00.
The purpose of this role is to provide efficient administrative and financial support to the DON and ADON, ensuring smooth operation of the facility and compliance with HSE standards and financial procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the DON/ADON with administration, reporting, audits, and compliance documentation.
* Maintain accurate resident, staff, and facility records in line with GDPR and HSE policy.
* Process invoices, purchase orders, and supplier payments using the HSE IFMS accounts system.
* Assist with payroll preparation and staff timesheet collation.
* Prepare regular financial reports.
* Maintain staff recruitment, induction, and training records.
* Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and service providers as required.
Qualifications & Experience
* Administrative experience.
* Accounts/finance background, (proficiency in IFMS beneficial).
* Proficient in MS Office and financial systems.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
