Purpose of the RoleThe Health Care Assistant (HCA) will assist with the delivery of patient care under the supervision and direction of Nursing or other Professional Staff. The post holder will assist the nursing team with the day to day running of the allocated ward. Confidentiality must be maintained for all patients at all times. The Health Care Assistant will work closely with parents in providing care.
