We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Demand and Capacity Support Officer to join our Networks team in Thomastown VIC, Kidman Park SA or Eagle Farm QLD on a fixed term contract until June,

Reporting to the Demand & Capacity Planning Manager, you will be responsible for performing a range of administration activities that support Networks Planning & Scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

* Support Planning & Scheduling activities to ensure the safety and efficiency of the Networks operation in compliance with industry regulations
* Assist with the processing and the appropriate responses to customer complaints
* Liaise with Supervisors on in coordination of planned maintenance and emergency works
* Dispatch and maintain records for work orders that are not managed in the Salesforce platform in line with capacity constraints
* Ensure all shift and capacity information is accurate for both internal and external field resources

Your background

* Strong experience in a comparable administration role
* Effective communication, salesforce and customer service skills
* Experience in the gas or utilities industry would be desirable
* Maximo or similar works management systems expertise
* Ability to work well in a team environment and build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Strong adaptability to changing demands and priorities

Networks manages and operates local distribution networks and transmission pipelines that deliver gas to around 1.4 million households and businesses across Australia.

This is an exciting time for the Networks team, we are growing and expanding with many new projects, including biogas and hydrogen and also the 2032 Olympics. Also, we have a strong culture of continuous improvement and working towards Net Zero with the introduction of renewable green gas into the Gas Networks.
