To 'clean as you go' to ensure a clean and tidy work area.To ensure that the guest bill is accurate, presented in a timely manner and appropriate cash handling procedures are followed.To ensure that payment is received from all guests.To recommend and 'sell' to guests through menu knowledge, suggestive and up-selling techniques.To ensure that all food and beverage products are correctly stored, dated, labelled and rotated where necessary.To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, and meet Saba grooming and uniform standards.To maintain healthy relationships with fellow employees.To be empowered to deal with customer problems, through following the HEAL process, and to seek advice when unsure what to doTo promote awareness of and complete guest response forms health, safety and security for fellow employees and customers.
