We are currently looking an experienced 2nd fix carpenter to join our team in Dublin, Meath, Wicklow, and Kildare.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage carpentry crews on residential attic conversion sites
Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth workflow
Deliver projects to a high standard while meeting programme deadlines and budgets
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project management teams
Maintain safe, tidy, and fully compliant working environments
Review and work from architectural drawings and construction plans
Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively
Requirements:
Qualified carpenter with solid on-site experience
Previous experience in a foreman, supervisor, or lead carpenter role
Strong understanding of residential building regulations and construction practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational abilities
Full, clean driver's licence
