Enterprise Account Executive – New Logo Hunter
An exciting opportunity for a results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to take full ownership of a defined territory with a focus on acquiring high-value net new logo customers. This role is ideally suited to a motivated sales professional with a strong background in complex B2B solution selling, experience navigating enterprise organizations, and a deep passion for enabling digital transformation.
As a pure hunter, you will be responsible for identifying white space opportunities, engaging executive-level stakeholders, and working closely with cross-functional teams and channel partners to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions that address critical business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a territory-specific strategy to acquire net new enterprise customers, focusing on white space opportunities.
* Lead prospecting initiatives across multiple lines of business, identifying pain points and positioning innovative solutions that drive operational and collaborative transformation.
* Build compelling business cases that clearly communicate value, ROI, and competitive differentiation across all levels of the customer organization.
* Collaborate effectively with strategic channel partners to penetrate accounts and co-sell integrated solutions.
* Orchestrate and lead a virtual account team, including sales engineers, partner managers, and support teams, to accelerate deal cycles and engage stakeholders from individual contributors to C-level executives.
* Generate pipeline through a mix of outbound efforts, product demonstrations, partner campaigns, field marketing events, and industry trade shows.
* Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, manage CRM hygiene, and drive sales activities to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
* Take full ownership of a named account list, driving end-to-end sales activity and territory development.
Requirements:
* Proven success in selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions into large organizations (500+ employees), with a track record of closing complex deals.
* Demonstrated experience in building new business from the ground up, particularly in white space territories.
* Strong background in co-selling with channel and technology partners.
* Consistent over-achievement of sales targets and quotas, with experience in net new logo acquisition.
* A proactive, self-starting approach to prospecting, discovery, value-based selling, and closing.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across internal and external teams.
* Ability to travel locally for in-person meetings, partner engagement, and field events.
* Comfortable working in a hybrid or virtual-first environment with a customer-first mentality.
* Preferred: Deep understanding of your local market/territory and experience engaging enterprise accounts with 1000+ employees.
