We are looking for engineers with experience in offshore cranes to join our growth in the Crane Service and Modifications segment. The job involves interdisciplinary collaboration with project management, internal department disciplines, customers, and suppliers. You will collaborate with highly competent teams within our various disciplines and facilitate good deliveries for Axess Technologies and our customers.
We are looking for candidates with good field experience to join our team as a project engineer. Engineering qualifications in any of the mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical fields would be advantageous.
Tasks
* Drive technical leadership in projects related to service and modification of cranes and winch systems, in our global portfolio.
* Assist in the work with the delivery of our in-house developed products.
* Work with design and product development on our own product deliveries.
* Assist with support for field personnel in connection with job planning, work packages, documentation, and back-office support.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
* Develop good relationships with new and existing customers and suppliers.
* Contribute to the preparation of offers with technical and commercial solutions.
Desired qualifications
* Engineering BSc/MSc in relevant fields
* 5 years of relevant experience desirable
* Experience from working in project teams.
* Good communication skills in English and Norwegian
* A collaborator who also works independently and is concerned with good quality and a good result.
* Good ability to lead, motivate, and create commitment among those around them.
* Responsible and committed with confidence-building qualities.
