Morgan McKinley are delighted to be partnering with an Irish, owned Cork based business.
This industry leader is looking to hire a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper to support the Accountant and Regional Manager.
This part time position offers hybrid working and flexible working hours.
Responsibilities: Supplier and Customer invoice processing Statement and bank reconciliations Assist in the preparation of VAT returns Generate weekly KPI reports Support month-end reporting Prepare accounts to Trial Balance Liaise with external accountants Ad-hoc administrative and finance duties as needed Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills Proficient Sage is essential Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Skills: Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Reconciliation
