A well‑established organisation is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and develop its core business systems and reporting capabilities. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working across systems, processes, and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.Key responsibilities:Support, configure, and optimise key business systems (commercial, membership, and operational platforms)Act as a first point of contact for systems and application queriesGather and analyse business requirements, translating them into system solutionsSupport reporting and data analysis, including dashboards and ad‑hoc reporting (Power BI or similar)Assist with system upgrades, user training, and documentationProvide light first‑line IT support where neededRequirements include:Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a process‑driven mindsetExperience supporting business systems and working with data/reporting toolsComfortable working with stakeholders to understand and improve processesMotivated, adaptable, and able to see the bigger pictureSystems aptitude more important than specific industry backgroundHybrid working (3 days onsite)If you’re interested in roles that combine systems, data, and business analysis, we’d love to hear from you.
