Culinary Innovation Manager Role
We are seeking a talented Culinary Innovation Manager to lead the development of new food products for our leading food brand client.
As a key member of the team, you will drive the entire product development process from concept to launch, ensuring our products meet consumer trends and business goals.
You will collaborate closely with teams across Marketing, Procurement, QA, and Manufacturing to create cost-effective and aligned products that showcase our brand.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Prototyping and recipe development to ensure compliance with food safety, nutritional guidelines, and labelling standards
• Managing trials, sensory evaluations, and sourcing high-quality ingredients from suppliers
• Presenting new ideas to leadership and justifying innovation decisions with data-driven insights
• Working with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver results-oriented outcomes
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• Expert culinary skills and a proven track record in New Product Development (NPD) within the food industry
• Strong project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams
• A degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in food product development
