Job Title:Loan Administration SpecialistPurpose:The Loan Administration team is seeking a detail-oriented individual to support a variety of operational and administrative tasks related to Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Shipping, and Aviation loans. This role is pivotal in managing daily loan processes, cash reconciliation, and supporting exceptional client service in partnership with our Asset Management team.Core Responsibilities:Assist with loan administration for CRE, Aviation, and Shipping sectors.Onboard newly closed loans into the Loan Administration System.Support the drawdown and onboarding of new loans, collaborating with both Loan Administration and Asset Management teams.Oversee the day-to-day management of an assigned loan portfolio, maintaining close communication with Asset Management to deliver outstanding service.Maintain and update loan records within the Loan Administration System.Produce and verify communication notices for Borrowers and Lenders.Execute daily cash and position reconciliation for the loan portfolio.Calculate and confirm payment amounts due from borrowers on relevant payment dates when necessary.Respond to loan confirmation audit requests by providing required loan details.Help establish mandate rights for client accounts and maintain online system access for the team.Support the generation of monthly metrics and reporting packs for management.Carry out other administrative duties as assigned.Skills and Competencies:Strong analytical abilities, especially with financial data and reporting.Advanced IT proficiency, including complex calculations with Excel.Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and written correspondence.Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Proactive mindset focused on delivering service excellence.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines accurately.Qualifications:University degree is required.Professional examination (e.g., ACCA) is valued but not mandatory.Additional European language skills are desirable but not essential.
