Store Manager
About the Role:
* You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a retail branch, including sales, inventory control, merchandising, health and safety, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
* You will work closely with our Sales Liaison Manager to drive performance, achieve targets, and deliver excellent products and services to customers.
* You will also be responsible for financial management, including cash handling, bank reconciliations, and staff supervision.
* Minimum 25 years of relevant professional experience in retail management
* Demonstrates strong leadership skills, autonomy, responsiveness, and a proactive approach to responsibilities
* Possess a strong work ethic, passion, and enthusiasm for excellence in customer service
* Proven ability to identify customer needs, recommend products or services, and close sales successfully
* Capable of understanding and interpreting sales data to inform decision-making
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
