About the Role
We are seeking a receptionist and administrator for our early years setting at Darndale Belcamp Integrated Childcare Services. This is a developmental opportunity with no experience necessary, and accredited training will be provided to support your career.
Responsibilities
* Welcoming children, parents, and visitors to the centre.
* Collecting fees and handling funds.
* Supporting the staff team with printing and distributing memos.
* Taking phone calls and messages, ensuring they are passed on to the correct staff members or rooms.
* Collaborating with the core administrator to coordinate administrative tasks.
Qualifications
* Must be Garda vetted.
* Provide two written references confirmed before starting.
* No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Eligibility
Eligibility to participate in this role is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more, or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.
