Working as part of a collaborative claims team, the successful candidate will manage motor claims through the full claims lifecycle while delivering a high standard of service to customers and stakeholders. Your Role Manage a portfolio of motor claims from initial notification through to settlement. Assess policy coverage, liability, and claim circumstances to support appropriate claim outcomes. Maintain regular communication with customers and key stakeholders throughout the claims journey. Set and manage reserves in line with company guidelines and delegated authority limits. Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate concerns where necessary. Ensure accurate claim documentation and compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Support operational improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance claims processes. Your Skills Minimum three years' experience handling motor claims, including motor damage claims. Strong understanding of motor claims procedures and customer service principles. Ability to manage claims independently while maintaining strong attention to detail. Good analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
