Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end customer service process for vehicle servicing Greet customers and handle service bookings via phone, email, and walk-ins Coordinate workshop scheduling for service, maintenance, and repairs Keep customers updated on vehicle progress and additional work needed Process payments and explain completed work upon vehicle collection Liaise with internal teams: reception, sales, warranty, parts, and management Assist in collecting customer service feedback Uphold high customer service standards and brand representation Requirements: Minimum 1 years experience in a similar motor industry role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with ADP/Kerridge (training available) Excellent customer service and multitasking ability Valid Irish driving licence Fully authorised to work in Ireland Benefits: Competitive salary Pension plan Staff discounts Employee assistance programme 22 days annual leave INDMC Skills: Customer Service Motor Industry Knowledge Computer Skills
