The Role
- Advising clients on a range of construction law matters, including contract drafting, risk management, and dispute resolution.
- Handling contentious and non-contentious work, including construction litigation, adjudications, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
- Working with developers, contractors, and public sector clients on high-value infrastructure and construction projects.
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating construction contracts, professional appointments, and warranties.
- Providing legal support on project delivery and regulatory compliance.
The Person
- NQ-4 years' PQE with experience in construction law from a well-regarded firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction contracts, adjudication, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
