Our client is a well-established European distributor of spare parts and accessories for consumer electronics, home appliances and mobile devices.
The company supplies authorized service workshops and retailers through an efficient logistics and direct distribution model.
To support its continued development, the company is currently looking to recruit a Technical Sales Representative to manage and grow its customer base in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
Provide telephone and written support to customers regarding spare parts and product availability
Maintain and develop relationships with existing B2B clients, including service workshops and retailers
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Irish market
Manage order processing and customer data within the CRM system
Collaborate closely with the international operations and sales teams to ensure smooth order coordination
Profile
The successful candidate will combine technical understanding with a commercial mindset.
Requirements
Around 3+ years of experience in one of the following areas:
Technical customer support within electronics or appliances
B2B sales in a technical environment
Field or service technician role with an interest in moving into sales
Good knowledge of German would be considered a strong advantage
Experience using CRM systems and MS Office
Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
Structured and organized working style
Basic technical understanding of electronic devices or spare parts
