Role Overview This dual role combines business management and car sales: Finance and Insurance Sales Advisor: Oversee and enhance dealership operations, ensuring financial targets, customer satisfaction, and efficiency are consistently achieved.
Car Sales Executive: Build relationships with customers, guiding them in selecting their perfect CUPRA vehicle.
Key Responsibilities Business Management: Manage dealership performance by setting and achieving budgets, forecasts, and profitability goals.
Motivate and lead the team to exceed operational and sales targets.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance dealership efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Car Sales: Establish strong relationships with customers, offering outstanding service and expertise on CUPRA models.
Conduct test drives and provide detailed information on vehicle features and benefits.
Handle negotiations, including pricing, trade-ins, and financing options.
Consistently meet and surpass individual and team sales goals.
Qualifications Skills Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) certification.
Demonstrated success in business management, preferably within the motor industry.
Proven track record in car sales, with a strong understanding of customer preferences.
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering top-tier customer service.
A valid driver's license is essential.
