Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee the strategic direction and operational delivery of drywall systems in the region.
* Evaluate products and systems to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and performance standards.
* Mentor and develop a high-performing technical team, promoting expertise and innovation.
* Foster technical consistency and excellence throughout commercial, operational, and manufacturing processes.
Regular presence at national sites is required, with occasional travel as necessary.
