As a Shift Team Lead in our expanding pharmaceutical manufacturing site, you will play a vital role in managing and leading a team of Process Operators, Compliance Leads, Lead Operators, and Trainers. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the shift (4-cycle) ensuring seamless execution of processes while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
