1. Microsoft Dynamics – Technical Consultant
Role expectations
* 5-10 years experience with MS Dynamics ideally with Sales and Customer Services applications.
* Strong technical knowledge of MS Dynamics & Power Platform as both administrator & developer.
* Technical experience in customising MS Dynamics based on user requirements.
* Technical experience with integrating MS Dynamics with other systems.
* Technical experience with working with custom windows services & applications (C# & ASP .Net)
* Have experience working directly with customers on support queries related to MS Dynamics.
* Technical knowledge of MS stack including .net, C# and Windows server
* Should be able to configure and customise MS Dynamics
* Able to work in a small team
* Manage both Change and Support/Sustain side
* Both small change and larger projects
* Effectively prepare and manage b-annual wave (update) of MS Dynamics
* Effectively manage release cadence of 6-8 weeks.
* Knowledge of both Sales and Service modules
