Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance with suitable tools and techniques.
Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Identify and manage project risks, including schedule, cost, and performance risks.
Track project performance to analyze the successful achievement of goals.
Exercise and develop leadership skills continuously.
Qualities We Value Proven experience of at least 4 years in project management, preferably leading project teams.
Experience in all project lifecycle stages: planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, rollout, and transition to operations.
Experience managing information systems projects.
Fundamental understanding of data analytics and ethical AI concepts.
Experience delivering projects for the defence sector is advantageous.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or CITPM certification is a plus.
