Financial Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Financial Operations Specialist to support our finance team in achieving exceptional performance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and present daily and routine financial reports to key stakeholders.
2. Support and manage monthly payment runs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data consolidation, variance analysis, and reporting.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data in various systems.
4. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or variances in financial reports.
5. Provide analytical insights and recommendations to improve financial processes and efficiency.
Requirements
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with a strong emphasis on finance.
* Exceptional Excel skills with experience in creating complex models and reports.
* High attention to detail with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Proactive and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
Desirable Skills
* Experience using SAP or similar accounting/ERP systems.
* Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualisation tools.
* Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
