Job Title: Commercial Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and be able to work independently on assigned tasks.
The ideal candidate will have 24 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role, preferably with telecoms or utilities experience but all contracting backgrounds welcomed. They must also have strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities and proficiency with standard QS software and Microsoft Office.

As part of our team, you will assist in the commercial management of multiple ongoing projects nationwide, preparing valuations, cost reports, variations and supporting final account closure.
You will manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation and agreement of packages as well as provide accurate cost control forecasting. You will also liaise with clients project managers internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
* A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
* Proficiency with standard QS software Microsoft Office.
