Requirements:
* Handle all aspects of building maintenanceand repairs
* Complete repairs in a timely fashion while keeping a clean work environment
* Working within a budget
* Act as a liaison between the management team and outside vendors
* Must have experience with electrical and carpentry work
* Clean driving record
