Mar fhóntas uisce rialáilte náisiúnta na hÉireann, is í ár bhfís go mbeidh Éire inbhuanaithe ann ina bhfuil meas ar uisce agus ina bhfuil sé cosanta, don domhan agus do na saolta uile a gcothaítear leis.
Is é an cuspóir atá ag Uisce Éireann ná a bheith inchurtha leis an dúshlán a bhaineann le seirbhísí bunathraitheacha uisce a sholáthar chun go mbeidh rath ar phobail.
Ciallaíonn sé sin go bhfuilimid bródúil as an bhfreagracht a ghlacadh as ár soláthar uisce a chosaint agus córas sábháilte uisce a chur ar aghaidh chuig daonra atá ag fás go tapa agus fás sóisialta agus eacnamaíoch na hÉireann a chumhachtú.
Táimid paiseanta faoi chumhacht a thabhairt dár ndaoine, iad a chumasú tionchar dearfach a bheith acu ar phobail ar fud na hÉireann.
Tá comhfhís agus comhchuspóir mar threoir againn, agus cloímid le luachanna a shainíonn cé sinne agus a mhúnlaíonn an chaoi a n-oibrímid, áit a bhfreastalaímid ar chustaiméirí agus ar phobail, a n-oibrímid níos fearr le chéile, a ndéanaimid an rud ceart, a mbíonn uaillmhianta againn, agus a gcoinnímid a chéile slán.

Tá an réimse Bainistíochta Sócmhainní agus Inbhuanaitheachta freagrach as beartais sócmhainní, straitéisí agus pleananna a fhorbairt chun an infheistíocht shuntasach atá ag teastáil a dheimhniú le cur le bonneagar na hÉireann.
Tugann an réimse spreagadh don infheistíocht agus do chlár na hInbhuanaitheachta agus na Nuálaíochta don eagraíocht agus glacann sé ceannaireacht ar ghníomhaíochtaí um Rialú Timpeallachta agus Comhlíontachta, a chinntíonn go ndéantar monatóireacht leanúnach ar cháilíocht an uisce agus ar an bhfuíolluisce.
Tá an fheidhm Bainistíochta Sócmhainní freagrach as pleanáil straitéiseach, beartuithe tosaíochta agus forbairt a dhéanamh ar phíblíne Oibreacha Caipitil Uisce Éireann.
Tá ról lárnach ag an bhfeidhm i gcomhoibriú agus comheagar gníomhaíochtaí a chur chun cinn ar fud na trí fheidhm sócmhainne mar aon le measúnuithe timpeallachta agus saineolas bainistíochta a sholáthar ar fud Uisce Éireann.
Tá an Fhoireann Infheistíochta Sócmhainní freagrach as pleanáil infheistíochta ó thús go deireadh agus bainistíocht punainne phunann infheistíochta Uisce Éireann.
Comhordaíonn an Fhoireann gníomhaíochtaí pleanála infheistíochta agus bainistíochta punainne lena n-áirítear forbairt Phlean Infheistíochta Caipitil Uisce Éireann, bainistíocht na punainne infheistíochta, rialachas athraithe ar shonraí infheistíochta, measúnú infheistíochta agus athbhreithniú iar-infheistíochta.
Tá an Fhoireann Infheistíochta Sócmhainní freagrach freisin as monatóireacht a dhéanamh ar dhul chun cinn na hinfheistíochta i dtreo spriocanna geallta maidir le toradh, aschur agus caiteachas a bhaint amach agus tuairisciú a dhéanamh orthu do pháirtithe leasmhara inmheánacha agus seachtracha.
Ag tuairisciú don Bhainisteoir Teicniúil Punainne Pleanála Sócmhainní, tacóidh an Comhordaitheoir Punainne Pleanála Sócmhainní le forbairt agus bainistíocht Phlean Infheistíochta Caipitil Uisce Éireann.
Beidh siad freagrach as sonraí infheistíochta a thiomsú agus a chomhiomlánú, a thacóidh le hinfheistíochtaí nua a chruthú, le bainistíocht athruithe ar an bpunann infheistíochta ag céim na pleanála, agus le haistriú infheistíochtaí ó Bhainistíocht Sócmhainní go Soláthar Bonneagair.

The Role:
The Asset Management and Sustainability area is responsible for the development of asset policies, strategies and plans to determine the significant investment required into Ireland's infrastructure.
The area drives investment and the Sustainability and Innovation agenda for the organisation and leads on Environmental Regulation and Compliance activities, ensuring the quality of water and wastewater is continuously monitored.
The Asset Management function is responsible for strategic planning, prioritisation, and development of Uisce Éireann's Capital Works pipeline.
The function plays a key role in promoting collaboration and co-ordination of activities across the three asset functions as well as providing environmental assessment and management expertise across Uisce Éireann
The Asset Investment Team is responsible for managing the end-to-end investment planning and portfolio management of Uisce Éireann's investment portfolio.
The Team coordinates investment planning and portfolio management activities including development of the Uisce Éireann Capital Investment Plan, management of the investment portfolio, governance of change to investment data, investment appraisal and post investment review.
The Asset Investment Team is also responsible for monitoring and reporting to internal and external stakeholders on the progress of investment towards the achievement of committed outcome, output and spend targets.
Reporting to the Asset Planning Portfolio Technical Manager, the Asset Planning Portfolio Coordinator will support the development and management of Uisce Éireann's Capital Investment Plan.
They will be responsible for the collation and aggregation of investment data which will support the creation of new investments, the management of change to the investment portfolio at the planning stage, and the transition of investments from Asset Management to Infrastructure Delivery.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the development of Uisce Éireann's Capital Investment Plans
Collaborate with Asset Management teams to collate and aggregate data required to support investment creation, portfolio change management and transition of investments from Asset Management to Infrastructure Delivery.
Support the Asset Planning Portfolio Team in analysis of data
Identify data quality issues and anomalies, escalating and resolving where possible.
Contribute to the setting and monitoring of performance indicators relating to the Asset Planning Investment Portfolio
Ensure that reporting is complete, timely and accurate, and that content is appropriate to users' needs
General Duties and Responsibilities
Collaboration with key internal stakeholders across the UÉ business
Responsible for promoting and delivering health and safety commitments across UÉ and its supply chain, reinforcing positive behaviours and delivering health and safety objectives and requirements to the highest industry standards
Support the delivery of the Uisce Éireann Transformation Programme, driving results required within the Directorate and supporting organisation-wide objectives
Conducts duties and responsibilities in accordance with Uisce Éireann's Information Security policies, standards, processes and controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of UÉ business information and delivery of critical services, in accordance with the NIS Directive and any other relevant cybersecurity regulation

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Relevant third level qualification and or accreditation is desirable and or relevant experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the water, utilities or similar industries is desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis tools (e.g. pivot tables, formulae etc.) is highly desirable.
Ability to set up ongoing processes and procedure to collect and review information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey messages in a clear and concise manner
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues and look for different perspectives
Demonstrated flexibility with regard to working in a changing environment and the ability to adjust to new work structures, processes and requirements as necessary
Track record of striving for quality and ensuring consistently high standards of work
Proven track record in raising safety concerns and helping to find solutions
