About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of fleet management solutions as a Business Development Sales Professional. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in driving business growth and identifying new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective SME clients to identify their mobility needs and offer tailored leasing and fleet management solutions.
* Hunt for new business through cold calling, qualifying leads and identifying opportunities for vehicle leasing and fleet solutions.
* Present customized sales pitches over the phone or via meetings, building rapport with decision-makers and understanding their business requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of all sales activity in CRM systems (Salesforce).
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes for customers.

Sales Performance & Metrics: The successful candidate must be able meet/exceed monthly sales targets, manage a sales pipeline effectively, stay up-to-date on product offerings industry trends competitor activities report regularly progress completed tasks efficiently.
