They are currently seeking a skilled Documentation Consultant to join their team on a fixed-term basis.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that clients have the necessary documentation for onboarding both new and existing legal entities.
Key Responsibilities: As a Documentation Consultant, you will: Manage the collection and review of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), legal, and tax documentation for new and existing client onboardings.
Collaborate with clients to establish timelines, communicate documentation requirements, and address any necessary rework to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
Lead client documentation walkthrough meetings to ensure a comprehensive understanding of requirements.
Regularly update stakeholders on the onboarding process, highlighting any challenges or delays that may arise.
What We Are Looking For: The ideal candidate will possess: A keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation.
Previous experience liaising with clients and customers to build strong relationships.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of seniority effectively.
Excellent written and oral communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
Skills That Will Help (Optional): Familiarity with cash management or client onboarding documentation will be advantageous.
Strong project management abilities, allowing you to manage multiple ongoing projects and prioritise work effectively.
